- Total power consumption is expected to 18,555.63 kW. - Expected Power supply sources: The first phase using the medium voltage (35kV) obtained from local power transformer station, connecting with the transformer station near Border in the Southeast of the IZ. There will be a power plant constructed here with capacity expected reach 2x25MW. After the completion of thermal power plants and having its own substation, electricity will be enough for the IZ (using 22KV line). - Each factory will have its own down pressure station 22/ 0.4kV, the capacity of the power station will depend on the load of each power plant and factory. Such station is invested by enterprise itself. The connection to the 22kV line outside the fence is implemented in cooperation with the Management Board of Industrial Zones and Power management Agency. - Underground Low-voltage power grid has provided a 380/ 220 voltage electricity

Water treatment Station located in the South of IZ has a capacity of 18,000 m3 a day * Drainage system: the drainage plan is organized according to the leveling ground, on base of topographic condition and takes advantage of natural drainage gullies. All rainwater in the region is gathered by leveling slope, then flowing according to the traffic system in IZ and discharging to Cay Da stream.
+ Wastewater treatment station has a capacity for treating 8,000 m3/day. The wastewater will be treated according to current regulation and standards, then discharged to a 1 hectare balancing lake, and then flow into Cay Da stream. + Solid Waste: a keeping store and transferring station for solid waste will be built at the Southwest of the IZ.
